Blue Line Rifles LLC Privacy Policy

Blue Line Rifles LLC is required to maintain a copy of student records for 5 years. This information is available to state, local, and federal law enforcement for official purposes only. Student information is not sold or made available to ad agencies or used for any other commercial purpose. Students may request their records through a written request to Blue Line Rifles LLC. Any data inquiries or legal process requests such as subpoenas or warrants should be made to bluelineriflesllc@gmail.com.

Blue Line Rifles LLC uses third party payment such as Square, VENMO, Paypal, and Google pay. Blue Line Rifles LLC does not keep and maintain any financial information from students or customers.

If Blue Line Rifles LLC becomes aware that a prospective student is under 21 years of age, or appears or is suspected to be under the influence of drug and/or alcohol, or ineligible to possess a firearm, or the individual is a respondent of a(an): emergency risk protection order, or harassment restraining order, or order for protection; the student will be denied attendance to the course and refunded any payments they have made for the course they were denied. 

If Blue Line Rifles LLC staff or instructors observe unsafe or concerning behavior, Blue Line Rifles LLC reserves the right to deny the student from continuing training. Registration reimbursement for students removed or denied from training will be at the discretion of Blue Line Rifles LLC.
